“it's in a great location but after paying for reservations.when checking in they require more money for stay, and checking out they it would take a week to get deposit back so we had to cut our stay time after going to the Dr.ive stayed at different properties by them and never had that much issues , we asked for easy get around room cause we are disabled and the bathtub shower was hard to get in and out of because the outside of tub is higher to step in and when you step in the tub ain't deep……

“Did a short stay here to visit the St. Louis zoo. We could have picked somewhere closer, but the price was good here. Breakfast was good, pool was a bit chilly. Parking lot was steep and a little weird to get to.”

“I would give 5 star if wasn’t for the AC unit blow directly to my bed( can’t adjust), and the room doesn’t have a light but only a small table lamp. considering the price, 4 star should do it, they really keep it clean, very nice public area and kitchen, staff are very friendly. Even though they don’t provide breakfast, during weekends, they do have a lot of free fresh fruits, donuts, and good quality coffee. They also give you 2 bottles of water in your room as well as a complimentary small……

“Cockroaches!!!!! Yes thats what I said. There were cockroaches. My family and I was getting ready for bed and my daughter found a cockroach. After looking around there were multiple roaches. EWE!!! GROSS!!! We immediately packed our things and got out of there. Its been 2 weeks and still no refund.”
