The front desk employees did not tell us where anything was in the hotel, not even the elevators. You have to use your room key to access the floor buttons in the elevator and noone working there told us how to do that. There are valet signs all over the parking lot but they said they dont have valet service. The room had alot of wear and tear, and visible dust on the end table between the beds and the light fixtures. Does not look like they dust the rooms. The hotel could be a cool place to go if the employees did a better job. No one seemed to care at all.

Kevin went above and beyond for my family when we were there for our daughter’s high school graduation! Made sure I always had a parking spot for my truck. Definitely recommend staying at the Cheshire. Definitely a different experience.

The door on the toilet room is a really tight squeeze and actually stubbed my toe but other than that (oh and I thought there was a microwave but there was not) it was a good stay with a cool view of the river. Will take more advantage of the pool next time. We were there for a wedding this time.

Rooms were clean, bar was great, staff was excellent and very helpful
