“Socks on the shoes rack when getting in. So we left them there when checking out, in case someone want them back. Required check-in time is 4pm, which is after hours but additional parking permit is handed out during office hours? Who designed this rule? This made things much complicated and worse. We requested for an additional permit through the emergency button at the front desk. Someone took my info and said they would get back to me. However, no one contacted me that night. Next……

“We enjoyed the location, but the check-in process was confusing. We were only given an address that led us to an empty main building, a door code, and WiFi info—no unit number, building name or parking details. Thankfully, I was able to get assistance via the support number. Clearer instructions and a map would have saved a lot of time and confusion. Tip: Parking on the backside of the main street is closer to the unit. The parking garages are short—our SUV wouldn't fit with our cargo box on……
