“Room was great!! Absolutely loved the staff! Joao and Laura they were so friendly and made our family feel so comfortable. They tried their best to help with any issues like our bath tub not plugging to take a bath. They tried ti hell figure out why the pool wasnt warm for the kids to swim in. We’ll be staying there everytime we are in Mt Vernon ”

“The room was clean. They followed my request for a room near the elevator for my mother who has breathing issues. The clock in the room was not correct though and it it hadn't been for my son calling, we would have missed her appointment.”

“Pleasantly surprised at the nice and stylish lobby and decor, more than I expected for a modestly priced hotel. Staff was helpful and dog friendly -- nice since we brought pets. Room was small but cozy.”
