“Had reservations but did not stay. Front desk person kept asking me for more money after I explained I booked through expedia online. He got verbally and visually annoyed and went silent, picked up the phone and called someone and spoke so I couldn't understand. After I waited he asked for money again and I told him forget it I was going elsewhere.”

“We arrived and entered yhe house yo the VERY strong smell of pet urine. The vinyl flooring was not swept and had crumbs and junk scattered around the kitchen. The kitchen was disgusting. The countertops, cupboards stove top, microwave and stove all had greasy hand prints and smears on them. My mother who was with me at the time of checkin pulled the covers back on one of the beds and there was1 small beetle alive in the bed. I contacted serena and she said she knew for a fact it was clean...

“Very convenient to grocery store, gas station, ATM and gasoline. Could walk to all of them. This was my first time visiting Missouri and Kathy made my trip and stay great. I would recommend her place to stay and hope to return. ”
