“Nothing to complain about except price”

“This is the review I offered in April when we stayed at this property & requested same room... NOTHING CHANGED...!!!! ======== We stay at this property couple times every 9 months or so... Sadly this trip was somewhat of a let-down (again) for us even after property upgrades of resent times... Simple repairable-fixable things were not maintained since last stay, same room.. Alarm clock didn't work (SAME),the standing room lamp didn't work, bathroom electrical outlet 1/2 plug didn't work(SAME),……

“It was a very clean room, spacious, and comfortable.”

“This hotel is very old and poorly maintained everything they claim on the website they offer they do not have. The continental breakfast is nonexistent they had no coffee cups no napkins, no plates no condiments. All you offered is two donuts in a garbage bag a bagel in a garbage bag and some two slices of bread in a garbage bag there is no cream cheese no jelly no nothing if you use a toaster be prepared to burn your hands when you bring it to Staff’s attention they said they don’t care coffee……

“The Holiday Inn is still a name you can trust. After a long day of traveling, we were so pleased to have such comfortable beds to fall into. The Dove products were a nice touch and the fridge was nice and cold upon arrival (not needing to cool down). The breakfast was great! So many are the same now, but the hot buffet bar was very good. The scrambled eggs were great (not always the case), the little veggie omelets were a nice touch and we very much enjoyed the "make on the spot" pancake……

“Best part is price and comfortable bed. Remote control didn’t work until we went to the office. Desk clerk was very nice. The bathroom sink barely had water to brush our teeth. No working ice machine anywhere on the premises. Had to go to a gas station for ice.”
