“This place was abominable, do not rent from Heath Green or The Kentucky. The kitchen was infested with mouse evidence, on ALL dishes, inside the toaster, everywhere. There was no heat, and 6 messages were received then we were constantly lied to that it would be fixed. The front door looks as a gas station where several homeless persons watched us because the front blinds are broken and provide no privacy. DO NOT RENT from these slumlords.”

We love the location which is walking distance to downtown, the library, campus, and our favorite coffee shop. Though there is a great coffee set up in the house as well.
