“Upon arrival and check in, our first offered room smelled awful, the second was a bit better & the third worked great. It was obviously a known issue because the staff asked if it smelled moldy when I said it smelled bad. Our 2nd room had some lights and a the bathroom fan that didn’t work. The 3rd was well maintained and quite clean. The pool got the most attention, which was comical considering the small of some of the rooms. “I can not say enough about the kindness of the staff! Wow! Not just check in but throughout our staff and 90% that we passed in the hallways! Incredible people! Hotel a little noisy first thing but nothing that would make me think twice - just different schedules. I would definitely recommend! Pool was closed for the season so that was the only downside but we have come to realize that was some with all the pools on our trip and it mentions right on website if you read! Thank you !!!”

“I thought this was a clean Hotel.NOT HORRIBLE. I drove to the DOLLAR STORE & brought Cleaning products for BOTH OF MY ROOMS.The first my in laws went into THE TUB WAS FILTHY ,MICROWAVE HAD Used POPCORN INSIDE NOBODY VACUMM THE ROOM.She switched her Room & the next ROOM wasn't any better.My ROOM Floor was FILTHY DIRTY FRIDGE MICROWAVE. SMELLED LIKE MOLD IN THE AC UNITwhen you turn it on.We where there for a Funeral. NEVER AGAIN. I need SOME IF MY MONEY BACK.”
