“Liked waffles for breakfast”

“The hotel is well-maintained and clean. I choose it because I was flying into Salisbury MD airport and the hotel advertised free airport shuttle. During my travel I called the hotel to ask how I got the shuttle. An angry sounding employee said thd shuttle was just for the flight crew. I advised her that is not what their website said. She told me I could ride the shuttle if there was room but once the flight crew was on the shuttle they would leave immediately even if I had not made it to the……

“$100 deposit for “amenities” was taken without a receipt. Upon checkout, the hotel issued no proper receipt for the deposit full return. We requested a preprinted document that indicated any balance on the deposit would take 7-10 days to return to our account. This contradicted what the registration person said: “there is really no charge.” Staff were not friendly. Breakfast was strange except for bananas, apples and yogurt. The thin flat fried eggs and paper-thin round bacon were bizarre.……

“The staff was professional and kind. I was exhausted from traveling when I arrived. Check-in was effortless; app was not working. Good location close to food establishments. I did not eat breakfast this stay. I checked out; forgot my phone charger. I was surprised that it was turned in to lost and found by the housekeeper. I had time to retrieve it prior to leaving the city. I would definitely stay again.”

“Rooms are renovated & Staff are nice”

“Second time staying here. Rooms are clean and beds are comfy. They allow pets, so those with bad animal allergies might have symptoms. Staff is always super nice. We will likely stay here again. ”

“The price was extremely affordable, but as the old adage goes, “you get what you pay for.” The smoke detector was completely off the wall and on the furniture stand. The tiles in the floor next to the bed were broken. The towels weren’t “dirty,” but “dingy:” they appeared clean but “well used.” I didn’t take any chances on the bed. Instead of taking advantage of the full night I booked, I drove 2 hours home in the middle of the night.”

“A very clean and wonderful hotel with helpful and friendly service staff. The breakfast bar was well stocked, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The hotel lobby was clean and the hotel itself was well kept. I would stay here again.”
