I like that the check in was fast and seem less. As we began to bring our things from the car we noticed ants in the room and soon after on the bed too.

Staff was attnetive and professional. It is an older building, so you expect it to be dated, but the halls smelled of that combination of 1970's cigarette smoke and sanitizer. The room was ok except that there was a noticeable stain on the sheets on one bed. Got new linens and was remaking the bed at 11pm. Bathroom was clean and the room / hall was quiet. Could look past all but the dirty bed sheets. Not planning on returning.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The parking area was close to the rooms. However, the general public races through the parking lot making it difficult to park. The birds relieve themselves and no one is cleaning the area so you have to dodge big bird droppings. The rooms and inside of the hotel were sufficient and comfortable. I was generally pleased. And I will return

The property is in a convenient location. But the property needs renovation. The staff was nice. The bathtub had hair inside. The rooms had a musty smell. We will not stay at this property again.

Serviceable

The beds were comfortable. The beds were sturdy evidence by my 6 and 8 year old doing gymnastics from bed to bed. The hotel was quiet. My children enjoyed the breakfast. There were flies and a plethora of odors. I was there for a bike ride and the shampoo and conditioner in the shower was a nice touch. All in all the hotel was serviceable.

Aggravating stay at the Quality inn

The light in the entry flashed on & off like a disco. I asked to have it fixed but was told there were no more light bulbs. I was given another room & the bedside lamp & another didn’t work. I kept the original room & didn’t use the entry light. A group parked outside my window & had a loud tailgate party in the parking lot. The room didn’t work. I went out & had the attendant call the police to stop the noise. There was no toilet paper holder in the bathroom. I just wanted to sleep as I was on a long cross country drive. This hotel needs maintenance. It was quiet after the aggravation & I slept. Was out b4 breakfast was served. Would skip this hotel next time. The room was clean & air conditioning worked.

The person who checked us in was awesome and so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately though our room was not well cleaned. There was beard hair in the sink, bugs in the bathtub and a couple of flies in the room. It smelled musty and there were really gross white splotches on the bed skirt.

The first room we checked into smelled like mold and was damp. The staff offered to move us. The next room was passable. No smell. The decor and lighting in the rooms and hallways was depressing. The WORST PART was when we got into the second room, I opened the shades to let in some light and someone was trying to take stuff off from our car. We had only been in the building for five minutes. It was broad idaylight. We left. The front desk staff gave us a full refund. The only good thing about the motel was the front desk staff who were polite and accommodating. If I were on the road by myself with no other option, I’d stay. But there was no way I’d have my family stay there. We’d rather sleep in the car in a well lit parking lot.

Old and worn and it smelled of old smoke. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had clean beds, but everything was past well worn. The floors in the hallway were broken. The windows were rusty and pealing. It might have been a great hotel 20 years ago. It needs a major redo. Definitely not worth 160.00 a night.

A/C not working properly. Toilet ran all night. Bathroom door doesn't close properly. TV doesn't work. Promo as close to University but is on opposite side of town. Blanket has huge holes in it. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

New towels were provided on the 2nd day but trash weren't collected. Hot breakfast was available but same thing for 3 days with egg whites were not thrilled. May be the East coast way...

Good but not great

Check in was pleasant. The room was quiet and the bed was clean. No odor which was very nice. However, the house keeping could pay a little more attention to detail in cleaning. The little side mirror had fingerprints. The floor could have been vacuumed better. The breakfast had eggs but no meat. They usually go hand in hand. Waffle batter and liquid were separated as if they sat out all night and was practically empty. If you know u have guests, even if not many, and u serve breakfast, you should put ur best and the freshest on the table for ur guests. That is the last impression they have before checking out. I can tell they did some renovation which was nice to see but still have ways to go. I will stay here again bc the staff is nice and accommodating. For the price I will be back.
