“Very nice hotel and great location. Clean and very friendly staff. Pool area should be kept cleaner and someone should monitor folks that have been over served at the pool. Roof top bar is a wonderful perk. The only negative is that they charge for parking. The lot was never totally full even on July 4th weekend. Didn’t mind too much until I was charged for the day that we checked out. Fair to only charge per night, not day. Don’t let that deter you. Nice place!”

The staff quickly replied that they didn't have connecting rooms for the type we reserved, but they made a note in their system to place us as close as possible. “Nice and helpful staff. Clean an totally equiped apartament, kitchen, etc. All the amenities availables, swimming pool (inside and outside), the space (all very good maintened, trees, gardens, etc). The place is 15 km far for Gatlinburg, which could be an advantage or not. For us it was because of the calm and quiet of the place. But, in other hand, you will need the car.
