“Staff was very friendly. We loved our suite. It was two full-size rooms. One was the living room and the other the bedroom. Both rooms had big, flag-screen TVs.”

“The hotel is in the process of being renovated and everything is torn apart. I paid extra for this hotel because they advertised a hot tub. When I got there, the pool, hot tub and facilities were not available. I tried to find another hotel, but none was available. When I first walked in I noticed that the front desk consisted of two 8 foot folding tables put together. There was no place to sit. Electric wires were exposed from outlets. Don’t use this hotel till they finish the……

We met both the owner and manager; you can tell how serious they both are about customer service and the brand they've created at the colony house. If you enjoy attention to detail, great location in Roanoke, and staff that care about what they're doing, stay here. We would stay again of on the area!”
