“Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton - Henderson location Likes: Staff were kind, helpful, and courteous to us. Buffet breakfast was very good and convenient. Hotel was near city shopping and restaurants. Dislikes: Poor maintenance of the elevator, which was shaking/jerking with every ride and it was reported to Hotel staff to consider it for repair. The swimming pool was very hot in 109°F to 111°F summer weather, and my children could not swim. Other guests complained about the swimming pool as……

“To start the breakfast was just stale bagels coffee & a brownish yellowish water for the oatmeal & tea. Second our room came with no pillows hand towels or toilet paper. Just 1 small towel each for us during our 3 night stay (2 towels). As for cleanliness when we arrived there was an empty pillowcase on the fridge & tiny hairs from previous guests in all the crevices & on the baseboards. Good thing I always bring my own cleaning supplies! The bed itself seemed to be fairly clean but considering……

“The hotel looks modern from the outside, the front desk staff is professional, but when you get your room card and go to the room you will find that the hallway is dirty, food crumbs and garbage are everywhere, the same is true in the room, the carpet is dirty and there are no slippers in the room, I would say this is not even as clean as the motels I have stayed in, don't be deceived by its appearance!!!”
