“The room was disgusting, with a warped floor in the bathroom due to the shower somehow getting water all over the floor. ‘Clean’ towels were stained with hair, and there was bugs all over the floor. Looked like it hasn’t been mopped in several days. Small rooms, uncomfortable mattresses. We even found a bug (unsure if it is a tick, bed bug, or something else.)”

“The room we were assigned did not have a working air conditioning unit or refrigerator. The management was very good with getting us moved next door for our stay. They had maintenance working on that unit immediately. They have a very helpful and pleasant staff. Facility just needs updated as many facilities do. Would use facility again when staying in Wooster. Very close to shopping.”

“We showed up to our booking at the Econo Lodge on Friday to find it empty and taped off with police tape. The only piece of communication was a note taped to the door saying that the building had experienced a fire and was closed. They had charged my card a month before they were supposed to, never communicated about the fire they experienced, and then left us stranded the night we were supposed to check-in. So we didn’t actually get to stay at the Econo Lodge but based on their lack of……
