“Room not very clean. We found hair and obvious dust on the floor when we entering the room after checkin. We asked for frontdesk and then cleaned again. THen when we ate breakfast at lobby, there's no service people until at least ten mins after we sit there. But the breakfast taste good. We ordered a dish with avocado and a dish with fruits stuff. I like them, but fogive me cannot remember their names.”

“I’m not sure if it’s because of the time i visited but the rooms were not what i expected, it seemed very old and out of date, the balcony was okay also seemed out of date. Rooms had a funny smell(maybe because it’s by the water). I didn’t get a chance to experience the pool or spa because I had no idea where they were, staff didn’t explain anything for a first time stay. However it has a great view, and when I wanted to change my room, the staff was very helpful and polite about it. ”

“Pool is wonderful. Bar tender was fabulous just a 30 minute or so wait for drinks because of heavy crowd. Rooms were ok. ”

“Friendly staff, clean room & bathroom, hotel perfect for a stay before cruising. Continental breakfast included in price is self service with a great selection. Hotel is very convenient for cruising & there is a shuttle to the port for 15usd return. Very close to town centre & opposite Willie G's for food & drinks. Regrettably no bar, lounge or restaurant at hotel.”

“For $161 per night you too can have a moldy room, one semi working elevator that's pretty sketchy and doesn't have any inspection certificates posted, homeless roaming the property, breakfast was mid, no housekeeping service unless requested, which I was unaware of. It wasn't until I got back to my room in the evening that I saw our room had not been serviced. And after reading some of the reviews it's a hit or miss if your room actually gets serviced. I went down to the front desk to ask why……
