“The receptionist with long hair doesn't smile,when the door opens. TV still on we thought someone in the room,There is a garbage under the table in the room, and there are two red dirty things on the carpet too ,a long hair on the blanket ，I originally wanted to change rooms, but the front desk said there was no one to work or tidy up during the holidays when we checked in ，Not a very good experience”

“Beautiful/clean room. Parking was a bit of a hassle, garage 2 blocks away and valet was very backed up. They may need to consider, when large amounts of people are checking in the same day, to stagger check-in times rather than have everybody checking in at the same time. Roads were backed up, police were blocking off the road so you couldn’t even turn there and valet could not keep up with the amount of people. Otherwise, would highly recommend.”

“The great part, the location. Easy walk to a few places to eat, no issues there.
Kroger the grocery, is about 6 blocks away, again, easy walk.
The room was NOT as ready as it should have been, a huge disappointment.
I had to call to have them come vacuum since there were toenail clippings visible on the floor as well as other random items. The clock - ONLY set it if you have a degree in engineering!! The work table/desk, needs to be taken out of the room to have the glue removed and then……
