“I drove 1 1/2 hours to Frankenmuth. I went to the hotel @ 4:00 to check in. The worker behind the desk told me they had SOLD MY ROOM because a charge didn’t go through on my card. I had gotten a new card, and had proof that it was “declined” due to “card number replaced”. I also provided another card to use. The staff told me there was nothing they can do. I was never contacted saying my room was “sold”. I selected “pay when you stay” on Expedia ,so that was a shock to see that they SOLD MY ROOM……
