The treadmill was broken and the recumbent bike was so unstable I thought I would fall over. No complimentary breakfast. The towels were so thin and small, I thought the bath towel was a hand towel. If you’re bigger than a size 6 it might not wrap around you. Staff was friendly and the restaurant is decent. What stood out the most was the young lady at the front desk. I have a great-granddaughter who very, very active. The desk clerk was EXTREMELY kind and patient with Renley. They allowed me to check in a little early. Some small things that could be improved is the temperature in the pool cause it’s say heated but wasn’t very warm. The other thing I would say needs improvement is the towels in the room for showering. They were very small & had to use 2 to dry off.
