“I like the price. This hotel advertisement to get you in the door was free breakfast. The breakfast was a small apple, a small child size juice, some kind of breakfast bar, and oh yes a smaller child like water. So disappointing!!! I didn't like the room, it was worn and needed up dated I didn't want a handicap room and asking for another room I was told hotel was full, but not one night was the parking lot totally full. Pool was not full nor working. After putting the don't disturb sign on……

The floor was not properly cleaned, I found a bug in the bathroom, and the hairdryer was even sticky, looking like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. While the service was great, the overall cleanliness definitely needs improvement.”

“Im sorry to say I ended up sleeping in a chair. I booked thru expedia and then called the motel directly to double check that I would have a wheelchair accessible room. Yes, the desk clerk said. The bed was at least a foot higher than my wheelchair seat, and there was no way I could transfer to the bed. Why are motels putting these new higher beds in what are supposed to be accessible rooms? Even the elderly and children have a hard time getting on them. The replacement TP was placed high on a……

“Breakfast was great; many choices. Staff always helpful and friendly. Wednesday night offered free drinks & dinner! The room was large, but one bed had an old mattress :(. The property is a bit old, but is well maintained. Our only complaint is that there was not daily room service. Towels did not dry unless I left the bathroom light/ fan on 24/7. I was able to pick up a clean set of towels from the front desk, but went 2 days in a row without room service & piles of wet towels on the floor.……

“Dalvonta at the front desk was one of the best customer service people ive ever encountered. From check in, during the stay, till check out. Ive been in customer service my entire life. I'm 48. Truly top notch. The hotel itself is great, very clean and next to many places to eat, drink, and shop. 5 stars and 100%recommend. You wont be disappointed.”
