I tried to get a room on the 1st floor but none were available. the 2nd elevator was broken and so it took a long time to get to the 2nd floor and I have circulation issues in my legs and so taking the stairs was not an option unless it was an emergency. “My family and I were in town for graduation and we absolutely loved the hotel. Everything was wonderful!!!! Check in was very easy and quick, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, good variety and nice seating area. We needed extra towels and bedding for the sofa bed and within 2 minutes of speaking with the housekeeping supervisor, we had exactly what we needed. We had an overall great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel. 10/10”
