Staff is great, room was clean. Valet is a nice service. Indoor access to the galleria. Food ok at restaurant though $25 for breakfast was ridiculous. And the TV needs a serious upgrade in the room....only regular cable and no guide....no option for streaming services. Bed was comfortable but pillows ...

Sparkling clean. Everything we needed was there for us. The floors were clean however we did feel a slightly sticky film. It could have been some leftover cleaner because the floors were clean.

Pros: cleanliness, locations, price. Cons: I had issues with them sending me messages everyday about submitting my documents when I had already done it which was super annoying. Had to call them twice to get it squared away. Someone got pretty loud screaming and fighting in the hallway but that happens ...
