“The check-in staff did not proactively mentioned that the access to our room was different from other rooms, until we could not use the lift after we tapped our access card. Afterwards, we were susprised to learn that there was no lift access to our room.
The room would be more comfortable if there are more than 1 chair available, considering there are ample amount of space. It was also quite noisy facing the main street while windows needed to keep open for ventilation with no air con……

“The rooms were great. The hotel was great. The staff at the hotel were great. The shuttle bus in the morning however had a rather surly driver who refused to drop anyone at Terminal 2, insisting he could only stop at bus stop 16, which is past terminal 1. This necessitated a 10min walk with bags. While I was okay with this and had luckily factored in the extra time, others struggled and were confused as to why hotel staff had instructed us to tell the driver to stop at terminal 2, to then only……
