“This hotel is American style, very different from the hotels in my last journey. The staff are so sweet helping my email printing. The breakfast is so adorable and abundant. You need to have a car to stay here. However, $5 for parking in the hotel can be considered. After all, there are many parking space around the hotel.”

“Hotel was easy to get to, especially if you are new to driving in Italy (like myself!) No ZTL if you enter through Porta Romana. Valet parking made it super easy. Staff was incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. They even held my rental car post check out so I could attend a local meeting. Breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were very comfortable as well. Thank you to the staff for making my family’s stay easy for us!”

“Calm,safe,and parking easily. Kind of remote country, so driving arriving in daytime is easier than night. Helpful and hospitality host. Breakfast is good with cut fresh vegetables and fruits. Herbs bathing supplies are very good.

Our stay at Villa Sofia Viterbo was absolutely exceptional! Staff were incredible and room service exceptional. Clean towels bright white everyday!
From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations — the house is beautiful, spotless, and filled with charm. Every detail shows the owners’ dedication to comfort and hospitality. The location is perfect: peaceful, elegant, and close to everything we needed to explore Viterbo and its surroundings.

“The people at the desk and in the breakfast room were kind and helpful. After I inquired about the town and a little of its history the man at the desk gave me the most wonderful run down about the Papal Palace and Italian history in general.
