“I had to call an after hours phone number to get my access code because they didn’t send the email over I was told to wait for. I was sent to the main lobby of the resort by the guard shack to be told at the lobby that my information was not in there system since Expedia uses a outside rental company to manage this property ( not explained anywhere in my communications thru Expedia). I get that email a week later with a completely different number than what I was given. The unit has old worn out……

When I called to let them know it was broken they said it costs an extra $35 per day to have it heated.
