“Everything was literally perfect. Just as the pictures advertised. Our kids lost it when they walked in and explored the house and found the themed rooms, the theater and the pool. Pool was amazing! We opted for heat which made the stay even better having a hot tub. White rose was very responsive to our needs and had quick response time. “Clean house, and plenty of space for our family. Was a little upset that in our description it stated there was a grill and there was not. Also downside was paying for additions individually (ex: heating of the hot tub, additional fee for a grill, additional fee for the tank for the grill)”

“Horrible customer service. Pool was not heated also dirty once we arrived. Refrigerator was leaking. Bed felt like a sink hole. ”
