“This is a great place to stay around the Inner Harbor area of Baltimore. Just know if you're going to stay in the city, you will hear the city. Earplugs for sleeping are a must, in my opinion. I visit the city once a year for a trade show and this is the closest I've ever stayed to the Convention Center, which was great. Free parking was wonderful in a very safe and secure garage. “This booking is a SCAM! Do not waste your time. I made a reservation for my family to stay in the penthouse, to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We arrive at the building and front desk staff are unaware of any arrangements. I called the number for the “property owner” and get voicemail which directs me to call another number. “Im 100% sure this was a scam. I booked this back on may 5th for july 10th-13th I get there i cant get in contact with the owner Lorraine Jacobs i called multiple times left voicemails she NEVER reached out to me. Got in contact with the property manager Derrick but he couldn't find my reservation. Its an apartment NOT a hotel. The person at the front desk said this isnt the 1st time this happned with the Lorraine Jacobs lady. I had to spend a extra $400+ dollars just to find somewhere else to……
