Our "Harbor View" room had no view of the harbor. We parked in the parking garage connected to the hotel. Upon exiting - the credit card gate was broken. The hotel had no emergency number to contact the garage company. There was no emergency number pisted, no personnel on site. The front desk did not answer the phone. We re-parked and went back to the hotel desk. They took no responsibilty and offered no advice. Eventually - a garage attendant showed up. We were delayed almost an hour.

The staff are all amazing here. Every person I interacted with was helpful and kind. The hotel was very clean and the rooms are huge. If you’re lucky you will get a room facing the harbor which is gorgeous in the day and night. The pool was a good temperature. Self parking is easy and located in a building attached to the hotel. One of the best stays in Baltimore hands down.

I had asked for a rubber bath mat to be brought to my room as I had slipped in the shower- phone in the room would not ring to desk- no number for housekeeping- went to front desk to request one- OK no problem- never got it- saw 2 housekeepers in the hallway- can you get me one? No I cant. Terrible service- no one will pick up a phone- not even sure it worked. Otherwise- the hotel was very nice- beds were nice- could do without them charging my cc $100 per day for nothing and then saying it will take up to 10 business days to credit me back. terrible policy especially when there really wasnt anything in the hotel that I could use that for.

The room is spacious with nice bay window to view the inner harbor. Location is good to walk to inner harbor area. Hotel is a bit outdated and under staffed. The bay window has a large condensation area which restricted whole view of the harbor.
