The hotel was clean and had a nice view. Not having service at the hotel is frustrating. We came in late, One night, out of our three day stay, and had to wait at the front desk to get towels and coffee items. The logic of not being able to come in and bring us towels and coffee items in our room when we’re staying there three days, doesn’t follow science. But you all can come in after we leave and clean the room. Very sad, I wish I had not stayed any city of Baltimore, I should’ve stayed somewhere else during my visit to Maryland
