The hotel is average and needs an upgrade. The mattress was thin and uncomfortable. The staff was ok. The room was clean but I always bring wipes for all surfaces before I touch anything. The servers in the cafe were very nice and competent.

I was disappointed with this stay. We didn’t get to check in until after 4 pm even though reservation stated check in was at 4pm. Came into town for the Yankees game and missed the first three innings waiting to check into room. Was told the room was not yet ready yet. When we were finally able to check in, disappointed when we got to the room. You could definitely tell the cleaning was rushed. Floor was not vacuumed and there was still trash from the previous guest. Makes me not want to stay here ever again.

Was informed that the room would be ready at two different times only to wait again, finally securing the keys well after the standard check time of 4:00pm. Each of the occurrences /attempts to Check in, we had to wait anywhere from 30-45minutes and was told that they would send housekeeping in to clean our room and another time was told that they would instead put us in a room that had been cleaned. When asked if the room was the same configuration as what was originally booked, we were told by the front desk clerk that “I’d be taking care of you” only to find out that the adjacent clerk (who we had originally checked in with, and who was to have called me once the room was ready and did not) had given the room we were to have been issued to the guest that he was serving and then proceeded to make a comment and laugh. Again having to wait for the room we had booked then finding once it was ready was not at all what was advertised and booked. Giving up on the huge hassle this had become, we went with the room that had been assigned. Far from an Executive Suite, we were expecting a substantial adjustment on our bill however upon receiving our billing report summary, there had been no adjustment in the final billing total. Lastly, the condition of the room (and after waiting hours for it to be cleaned) was poor. Upon entering it smelled like someone had smoked in the room recently (perhaps the night before), the tv was barely operational, linens & bath appeared poorly cleaned.

A very tired out facility. The staff were generally polite and helpful. The food in the restaurant was mediocre at best; the room was worse: shower didn’t function, wallpaper was cracked and peeling at spots. The in-room coffee service came right out of an old Motel 6. We’ve been a Marriott customer for many years. Our patronage just ended

We booked a king room but were given a room with two double beds. The room was not in great condition, with wallpaper peeling. The TV was small and only had limited channels. Could not even watch the Orioles game despite being next door to Camden Yards. Staff was very polite, but no ice machine on the floor. Would prefer to stay elsewhere on a return visit to Baltimore. Dining options were incredibly overpriced as well. 24 bucks for a buffet breakfast with powdered eggs is outrageous.

Stayed for a Phillies game. Location is great for Camden Yards. Check-in was crazy - stood in an insanely long line for having pre-paid thru Expedia. Room was okay - but definitely needs the renovation that is supposed to be coming soon. Air conditioning was great the first night, but something happened by the second night because the room was not really cool. Lobby was very crowded both nightsp but Phillies fans were in town so that might have been the reason. I would stay again - but would probably first look at other options.

Location was very walkable. Unfortunately, check in was HORRIBLE! When they sent us a check in email, they asked what time we would be arriving. Why ask us that when it didn’t matter. They told us our room wasn’t ready and most likely thru would not be checking anyone in until after 4pm. They would text us. We went to the Orioles game. By the time we got back, the lobby was full of people waiting in line and waiting with children for their room. After waiting in line, the nice man apologized for the wait, but said we’d have to go talk to the 3 managers standing there. At that point, I was not happy at all. This is a well established hotel chain. They knew we were all coming. Why weren’t they prepared? Check in was over 4 hours ago. They told me they didn’t have a room available with my bed choice that I booked over 4 months ago. Needless to say, I wasn’t happy. If I wanted a room with that, I’d have to wait longer. We took it after some choice words. The manager was very respectful and calm. He did comp our night, but we won’t be back. DO NOT STAY HERE ON A NIGHT OF AN ORIOLES GAME!

Abe and Fitz were absolutely wonderful, accommodating and very patient! The only negative was the event staff not allowing me to park - he kept telling me to park in the street even after I explained I was a guest and needed to get my pass. Again Abe came to the rescue and served us drinks while we were in th very long 30 minute long line
