The rooms were old and not in great shape. The bathtub was clogged my entire stay when trying to drain it. I asked for it to be fixed. It never was. I asked for housekeeping 2 times and it was not done. And there was no follow up re: this. How awful . The housekeepers that I encountered were terrible. The front desk was even worse. The lack of courteous and professionalism I just couldn’t tolerate or excuse. I complained directly to Marriott and called corporate Marriott while I was there. Never, never, never will I return to this hotel. I will make sure my friends and family know about my stay. Baltimore has declined tremendously. About 2 to 3 staff were courteous during our stay.
The Bellhop yelled at me when I parked the car to check in. When I gave him the “excuse me” look, he tried to back peddle. The attitude of the staff was negative and “ I can’t stand waiting on customers”. The original Marriotts would roll over in their graves for these poor attitudes.
I FOLLOWED THE GUIDELINES. What is wrong with my review? It is the truth and there is no profanity or personal information.
Was this hotel as bad as I write? Yes… so please take the feedback to who it needs to go. I already contacted Marriott directly.
