“Great location, right on the Riverwalk, nice large room, the hotel had a bar, common area to relax and a restaurant. The only thing it was lacking was a pool in the summer heat it would have been nice. Our room looked down on the river walk but due to the heat we did not spend anytime on it.”

I canceled three days : - staff very impolite and hostile - breakfast arrangement terrible - valet unprofessional and always late - location dirty and unsafe Honestly this is a very bad effect on Marriot reputation , I will tell my employer to remove it from approved list”

“Front Desk staff were excellent. They went above and beyond to help us get our rooms coordinated so i could be next to my family. My daughter was not aware she had lost her credit card. They couldn't contact her so , @ 3A somehow they figured out who I was and called me to come retrieve it. Above all Adam at guest services went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant 🙃I would highly recommend them”
