“Well there was zero air movement in the lobby, so it was hot and humid. One elevator was working, the other two did not move. The bathtub in my room is narrow and had a slick bottom, need to be extremely careful getting in and out. The breakfast if that is what you want to call it was very poor. One warming dish with some food in it, a toaster with nothing to toast, all set up in a 9th floor conference room. The staff at this place is the only good thing I can say about it.”

In such cold weather, it was still very uncomfortable to bathe. When we checked out, I reported the problem again, but the front desk staff didn’t give me any response. This was truly terrible, I couldn’t even speak for those days because I lost my voice! This was supposed to be a trip we had been looking forward to, and I was also excited to stay at this hotel. But in the end, our trip to Cincinnati was completely ruined by the cold and the illness."
