“The room was very clean and the staff was wonderful. The food was exceptional. The only issue was that when you rented a canopy at the beach you had to give that up at 4 o’clock and you were only able to stay at the beach until seven in the evening.”

“Overcharged for our stay by the front desk! Still waiting for our refund since we came home almost a week ago! The front desk at the Bungalows and Bohios have been very slow at getting back to us too. Food is amazing; never had a bad meal though. The black sand is super pretty. And we had cooler water in our shower the entire stay so if you can’t handle cold showers suggest staying in the hotel.”

“Internet never work, also the tv in the room didn’t work either , and they over charged me when I left , charge me 19% of tax that is only applicable to locals , very dishonest.

“Nos gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel porque está muy céntrico, pero no el que esté en el tercer y cuarto piso de un edificio, pues lo hace menos privado.
Se escuchaba mucho el ruido de los restaurantes y bares, y no pudimos disfrutar de la terraza porque las palomas se han adueñado de ella y la dejan muy sucia. El aire acondicionado estaba goteando mucho y no se pudo conseguir a la persona de mantenimiento, por lo que la recepcionista Tania que fue sumamente amable, nos cambió a otro cuarto.”
