“This hotel is next to the hunter valley garden. The views outside the balcony is pretty good and I can see the sun rise in the morning. The room is big and comfortable. It has free wifi and it is stable. However, I think the bed is too soft for me.”

“The air con wasn't working, and I approached the staff and was told that they can't do anything. No staff was available to even look at the reason why the air con wasn't working. It could have simply been a tripped circuit breaker, but no one was even available to check. I had driven the whole day and was extremely tired by the time I reached the property and could not sleep the whole night. I woke up terribly tired after whatever sleep I could get during the night. “The location is great and convenient. We went to Hunter Valley for hot air balloon and it was near to the balloon location. There are some restaurants and wineries nearby. The room was spacious and cozy. Some kangaroos were just outside the door!! Great experience to wild animals. ”
