“We had a very enjoyable stay in Puerto Pollensa. The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the beach, restaurants and local amenities. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a good selection and the quality of the food and drinks was very good. “The location of this hotel is superb. It sits right on the water, with several restaurants within a short walk. I believe most, if not all, of the rooms have ocean views and a small terrace. Our room had an incredible view directly overlooking the beach, and the terrace was the perfect place to enjoy the sunrise each morning. There is a fun bar just below the hotel that serves great sangria. The hotel staff were nice and helpful, though not especially outgoing. The rooftop pool offers……

Unfortunately, our stay had several downsides: * There is no air conditioning, which is a major issue when temperatures reach 37°C. We barely sleep during our stay because of it. * The mini fridge barely cools anything. We mentioned it to reception, but were told that this was normal. * The food was disappointing and didn’t meet our expectations. * The beach had a lot of jellyfish,……

“A great place to stay if bicycling! Room had enough space for our tandem bicycle. Food was fine. Didn’t try the pools but there were others that seemed to enjoy them. Parking is a bit tight in evenings. Nightly entertainment ”
