“We had a great stay, the apartment had everything we needed and the pool and location were perfect. Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room broke, and was not working for 3 out of the 6 nights. "We had a very pleasant stay at the apartments behind the hotel. The area was beautiful, peaceful, and very relaxing. The views were lovely, and the staff were always friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We experienced a Wi-Fi issue during the first night, but the hotel handled the situation professionally and kept us updated. The internet was fixed quickly the following afternoon, and everything worked perfectly afterwards. We truly appreciated the staff’s kindness, communication, and quick response.
