“Great communication before arrival. Saw from previous reviews people complaining about having to go to sister hotel for check in - let them know in advance we would be arriving late and were given instructions how to access property. Apartment nice and spacious with large balcony and a VERY confortable bed. Toiletries, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc provided. One row back from sea but had a glimpse of sea from our balcony. Great value for money.”

“Fabulous stay that suited the full age range (10 to 74) of our family. Property is excellent and provided everything just as outlined. Pool and pool area are superb. Owners of the property (also the hosts) were brilliant and made us feel like friends rather than just guests. All in, a tremendous holiday enjoyed by all members of our family group. Located in a quiet area, just outside of town, we found some form of personal transport to be a necessity.”

“This is a lovely spacious villa with a beautiful garden and pool. It is a short distance from Pollenca town (20 min walk or short drive). Only a 10 min drive to the beach (Port du Pollenca). Nice outdoor seating area. Two kitchens! One of these has a bbq. Kitchen quite basic in terms of equipment. Beware there were no basics like salt and pepper, water etc when we arrived and only one toilet roll per bathroom! We had a brilliant stay and would definitely recommend the villa and location.”

“Lovely house fitted out to a high standard but fairly traditional. Three sitting out areas for all day sun or shade , one being a roof terrace . Excellent location between Pollença and Port de Pollença and there are Lidl and Eroski supermarkets three minutes away . Minus points , no air conditioning ( ceiling fans not very effective when it is really hot ) , no pool and a very narrow approach road , not for the faint hearted . We have been in 2024 and again 2925 and love it , enjoy .”

“The villa was very spacious and clean with a lovely pool at the rear of the property. Completely private and secluded in the garden / pool area. Large car parking area with gated front . AC worked well in all rooms and kitchen had all the necessary equipment needed. The owner was always on hand if needed by a text message, and was polite and spoke quite good English. Overall a lovely 10 nights stay , beach only a 10 minute drive away and Lidl about 5 minutes away. Thanks Graham & Nicola ”
