“I live taking my grandkids there because of the amenities and location to the beach. We love it. However, we did encounter a bell men that did not want to help with our luggage which was disappointing. He had the nerve to tell me that, had he know our room wasn’t ready he wouldn’t have loaded it. He also said that he would have to unpack all our belongings because they would need the luggage cart. I have stayed at 100s of hotels and never been told that. Later a very nice older concierge helped……

“We’ve been coming to this resort for several years and it’s the second year we’ve had problems with the room. This year the air conditioning, microwave and tv were not working when we checked into our room. It took maintenance 1.5 hrs to fix the issues and during that time we were not offered to switch rooms. Once complete maintenance left. We went down to the front desk who was aware of the issue and had said nothing during the duration, and the most they offered was to remove the resort fee……

“I would stay here again and again. I love the ambiance and charm of the historic home which still shines through along side the luxurious updates in the beautiful bathroom, soft rugs, comfy bed. They have thought of everything and provided a beautiful space to enjoy it in. Games, toiletries, coffee, water, an honor wine bar upstairs. I cannot wait to go back. “The pictures on the site where very deceiving, there were holes cut in the walls were pipes were replaced and never patched. Place was dirty and very thick moldy and musty smell. Could not stay there and had to book another place on a whim, travelled 11 hours to walk in to that. Property was managed through evolve. After 2 weeks was able to get reimbursed for the week. Did not get reimbursed for the hotel that I had to get for a night or the parking pass. Would not recommend anything from……

“Family of 5 fit well in this condo, anything smaller would’ve been too small. The property itself was clean, but definitely old. Our condo, was more updated inside. Kitchen was nice. Everything was clean. The property location to the beach was great. The downsides of the condo, the bedrooms didn’t have ceiling fans; so, even though the air condition worked, it only went down to 68, so as soon as it kicked off, you felt hot.
