"What a great experience!! House is super clean and modern, with comfortable beds, full kitchenette, nice outside deck for morning coffee, and best of all the location, 2 minute walk to coffee stores, and another minute or two to downtown restaurants and the waterfront park. We would certainly try to rent this one again next time we go to Beaufort!!"

"The property itself was new so it was shocking to endure the hvac sounds and inaccurate heating and cooling. The unit was loud and incessant and the temperature was inconsistent. The fridge made clacking sounds at random moments throughout our stay. It was difficult to sleep when we were unable to get the temp down below 73 at bedtime only to wake to 68 degree temps in the morning. It had a mind of it's own. The couch was uncomfortable and the mattress and pillows were, as well. The coffee was an off brand that didn't appeal to us. Breakfast choices were scant and unappealing; we ended up foregoing it and eating out every day. Shame on us for settling and not notifying staff of all the issues with the room. The facility was packed and we don't usually complain. In fact, we don't usually write reviews like this, we just wanted to give a heads up to potential travelers. "
