Staff very friendly and helpful. Great cocktails at the bar and we could enjoy the outside space which is stunning!

“Lovely staff, excellent restaurant and pub. Unfortunately, my room (The Periwinkle Room) had a not so good smell. Combined with no air-conditioning it made my stay fairly unpleasant and it was very hot inside the room. There is a fan located high attached to the wall but it really didn’t help much at all.”

“This is easily the best hotel in Rye, and, in my opinion, one of the best I have had the pleasure of staying at.
Like many hotels the food was excellent, the service was excellent the rooms are beautifully decorated and the simple things like having a decent shower or bar are so well catered for.
What sets this apart is the vibe of the place, you can feel the history, You can feel the culture that has been created in the team, who really understand customer service. From my first interaction……
