“Ich war jetzt zum 3 mal in den Hotel und diesmal habe ich fast nur gutes zum Sagen: Der Aufguss in der Sauna vom "Saunameister Christof" war unglaublich, er hat es mit so einer Hingabe und Leidenschaft gemacht:) und ich hatte auch eine Massage bei Frau Eva, ich wurde sehr herzlich empfangen von Ihr und Sie massiert einfach UNGLAUBLICH, ich würde eine Massage bei EVA empfehlen!! Ich hatte diesmal eine Juniorsuite und die war wirklich toll, es gibt nur einen kleinen Minuspunkt, ich hatte meinen...

“The best customer service we had in Austria. Starting from check in and check out everyone was pleasant! Rooms were comfortable and clean. Anything we asked for they were all very accommodating. From reception, to massage, to the waitress and waiter.. everyone was amazing. Really made up for a horrible service from Vienna and Salzburg. We wish we had more time to stay at this resort. One bad thing I can say is that if you wake up before breakfast starts no one will help you in the dining room...
