“Five stars. An exceptional stay from start to finish. The setting against Camelback Mountain is beautiful and peaceful, and the grounds are impeccably maintained. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Service was the highlight. The staff was professional, attentive, and efficient at every interaction. Strong amenities, great dining, and a well-run operation overall. I would absolutely return.”

“The pull-out bed was in very poor condition—sunken in the middle and lacking proper support—making it unsuitable for sleeping. Additionally, the staff at the Hacienda restaurant were unhelpful and came across as rude. I also had to contact the Privado front desk three separate times to obtain basic information about the gym schedule, which was frustrating. Given the price of the stay, the overall experience did not meet expectations. It may be worth noting that staying during a holiday week or……

“The house is amazing and beautiful.. everything you need for a home away from home. Something for everyone in the family to occupy themselves. It is located close to stores and the freeway. The beds were super comfy. We will definitely come back. There are options to have the beds in the room king or twin size. The home is just like the pictures. Although it was 111 degrees, the home was nice and cool. The backyard area is beautifully laid out. It is safe and quiet. ”
