“Room was spotless and we had a free upgrade on arrival ,which was amazing !!!! Staff were all very friendly and polite .Very attentive too!
The hotel itself is amazing ! There’s so much there you don’t need to leave it! All spotlessly clean and very well maintained !
Evening entertainment was excellent always live music at 830.The bands we saw were all excellent and really got the crowd involved”

“This was our first time in Tenerife and our first stay at the Best Jacaranda Hotel, and it exceeded our expectations.
