Unlike the hotels in the area, the Gran Tacande seems to have more open space around the pool area, not shaded by palm trees like the other properties. Easy access to the shopping and dining. Different sections of the hotel are built in slightly different "colonial" style. Giving it less the "large corporate hotel" feel. More like staying at a private VIP town square.

Great holiday. A main part of the pool was closed, but we had access to more than enough pool/water area for us as a couple, including access to the infinity pool (offered by the hotel in lieu of the pool area having construction work).

Gran Tacande exceeded our expectation in every way. Great location. Amazing food, not like usual buffets, really good quality. Excellent spa. Outstandimg service. Variety of pools. Very green. Surroundings and walks are great too. Top choice for Tenerife. Wifi not great in certain areas of the hotel.

Great hotel

Really enjoyed my stay the room was absolutely perfect so much room it was great. The staff were really friendly and polite, also the spa was absolutely amazing the best if been to nice wee gym aswell the pools outside were amazing especially the jacuzzi one I couldn’t get out of it I loved it and a good decent buffet breakfast with friendly staff can’t complain only thing I wanted a late check out but couldn’t get it as my flight was until late but they gave me a room so I could clean up. Definitely be returning soon.

인생 최고의 숙소

신혼여행으로 휴식 + 관광을 하고싶어서 테네리페 + 바르셀로나를 택했습니다. 강행군으로 한국에서 테네리페까지 비행기를 총 19시간을 타고도 도착하자마자 피로가 싹풀리는 느낌이였어요 4박을 머물렀는데 24시간 리셉션과 큰 풀장 두개와 테라스에 있는 작은풀장까지 최고의 숙소였어요 휴식 너무 행복하게 지내고갑니다 감사합니다 제가 가본 그리고 가볼곳중에 최고의 숙소였다고 자신합니다!!

A wonderful stay in a brilliant hotel

Our family enjoyed a week long stay in a Gold Swim up Room and had an absolutely wonderful time. The staff were brilliant - especially with our children - the food was delicious, the room was perfect and the location of the hotel was wonderful - feeling secluded while it was a stones throw from the beach with good access to the local town. I’d recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a getaway in Tenerife!

Das Hotel hat meinen Ansprüchen entsprochen. Es war alles sauber, die Angestellten sehr nett und das WiFi funktionierte auf der ganzen Anlage blendend. Dies war auch das erste Hotel, welches die Anweisungen zum Waschen der Handtücher auch befolgte und das habe ich bis anhin noch nie so erlebt!

Great location with lots of options for food and close to the beach. Pool area was great with close by refreshments. The room was very nice but if you are shy the bathroom situation could be awkward… overall very happy with our stay.

Toujours un aussi beau complexe a costa adeje

Tres bon sejour, nous y avons séjourné l'annee derniere a la meme periode a peu pres. Tres beau complexe. Le personnel aimable et aux petits soins. Bel emplacement proches des boutiques et de la mer. De nombreux restaurants autour.

Great location and room - but style over substance

The rooms, location (near beach) and pool area are very good and worthy of 9/10. The rest of the hotel, some reception staff, and overall experience as a result is more 7. Poor at check in and out, old policies around dinner dress codes and staff just not lined up or aware of things... having stayed at another 5 star before, this get like a let down. Food is good if not a bit repetitive... .

Frábært hótel

Alveg frábært hótel í alla staði. Stendur fullkomnlega undir öllum fimm stjörnunum. Morgunverðarhlaðborðið er meiriháttar eins kvöldverðarhlaðborðið. Sundlaugargarðurinn er líka frábær og allt til fyrirmyndar. Gæti skrifað fullt af hrósi í viðbót en segi bara þetta er hótel upp á tíu (10) og við eigum eftir að koma aftur og aftur!
