“Very disappointing experience from start to finish. First of all, I was never sent the lockbox access information before check-in. I had to wait TWO HOURS after my scheduled check-in time just to get access to the property, which was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. This shows a complete lack of organization and communication from the owner.limited parking also on driveway if you don’t get a spot you have to walk 10 minutes.
On top of that, the people downstairs were extremely loud,...

“The only issue I had didn’t have anything to do with the host. The halls smelt of smoke but fortunately the smell did not go in to the unit which was very clean and comfortable.”

“Communication was excellent with the host and property manager. House was beautifully decorated and had all the needs for a group of 4 to 8.The kitchen had all your needs and more. Refrigerator looks new and the water filter is probably new because ice cubes smelled a little funny. Each bedroom had a bathroom attached and it was cool to see you could lock your room with individual keys, if you needed to.Parking was good in driveway and on the street. Our group watched movies for entertainment...

“Property was very clean a stocked with essentials for our short stay. The two bedrooms were spacious and the living space was as well. The one bedroom has a skylight the lets in night time outdoor lighting from the second story. I wish there was a shade or I had an eye mask to block that light out. Good value for the money!”

“Lucky to find this gem. The access to the private beach is for Port Franks' residents. Clean sand. Not crowded during our stay. Brings back fond memories of my teenage years.Lacked nothing and sleep well.By the way, Derek was a great help when we needed an allen wrench to tighten the handle bars on a bicycle.Keep up the great work Katie and Jim!!!”

“The 6000 deposit was insane - basic little apartment where I can't see how someone could do that much damage - seems more of a filter to screen out lower and middle class visitors.”
