This hotel had everything we needed! Room was clean and comfortable, indoor pool, good workout center,and an excellent breakfast with so many food choices - something for everyone. The staff were all very helpful!

Property is somewhat dated. Several repairs in the bathroom area that were not professionally completed. Breakfast was great. Good selection of hot food. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Very nice staff. went out of their way to help. needed milk for our child, and they provided some out of the breakfast refrigerator, even though it was in the evening!

Booked this hotel for the pool. Called a couple days prior to make sure it was opened. Took kids to swim and the water was ice cold. Front desk said nothing they could do and maintenance guy does not work on weekends.

Charged 70.00 dollars extra for one night because we brought our house broken French Bulldog with us. I asked about a refund because I thought it was only in case your pet made a mess. To our surprise, it is a cleaning fee. Not cool,around 11:30 p.m. I took my senior aged dog outside and when I came back in. The lobby was full of smoke, a few people, or maybe one was smoking in the lobby. I will not stay here again, over priced for an average hotel, and as for being pet friendly, NOT? Also, we could not get anyone local to deliver at 9:00 p.m., fast food delivery. Later we found out it was because it is not a safe place. Save your money and think twice before staying here, you will go broke or worse. Not Pet Friendly.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was extremely good. Even though it was busy, the front desk lady handled the situation very professionally. The rooms were clean and even gave our family complimentary toothpaste, toothbrushes, combs, and mouthwash. We were not prepared to stay the night. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

U hear every toilet flush in room 103
I recommend the top floor. Plumbing is horrible and u hear every toilet flush above u. Every single time. If younget room 103 by the pool ask for a different room unless you wanna hear water slide water jets cuz thats what the toilet sounded like every 30min.

Hotel has quickly become outdated. Beds are terrible, down pillows provide no comfort, tv is small and not HD, free breakfast is carb overload. Newer options available in area.
