"My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Birmingham – The Wynfrey Hotel last weekend. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. The valet attendant greeted us with a warm smile and went above and beyond by helping roll our bags to the front desk, a small gesture that made a big difference. At check-in, Tymiah at the front desk was outstanding. She was friendly, professional, and made us feel immediately welcome. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, everything we needed for a relaxing night. Breakfast at Merk’s Tavern & Kitchen was equally impressive. The food was delicious, fresh, and served quickly, and the waitresses provided excellent service with genuine hospitality. Every part of our stay, from arrival to checkout, was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable. The staff’s kindness and attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. We look forward to staying here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Birmingham."

"This is a great place to stay for an pretty good price? The breakfast is good the staff are friendly but dont get nosey and in your business? Theres plenty of stuff to do near here fast food in front restaurants across the street gym,bowling,arcade to the left. If you dont like any of that the free way is right near by."

"Not a lot of walking shopping ,But I did back my 18 wheeler in and I've stayed many other times with my box trucks and I've never had a problem and I will cont .the rooms are clean and staff are very nice ."
