“The entrance way was not welcoming, very shady. The apartment was very cute but the back porch was a disaster. The bedrooms smelt like stale cigarettes and wet dog but the mold was the worst. And you can forget about the host sending a team out. I text 3 different times asking for blow dryer, broom and some spray. They text and said I’ll get with the team. No Team!”

“Bad landlord special. Unit was completely dirty from couch, carpet, bedding. Vents covered in dust. Tub they painted white and was peeling Stains everywhere and on everything. Dead bugs in frig. Couldn’t stay even 1 night. We had to book a hotel instead. Just terrible.”

“We got to the property, after it being described as a townhome. When we arrived, the property was an apartment in an apartment complex, on the second floor. The apartment smelled strongly of smoke (someone had very obviously smoked there), we have a hold with several allergies and we knew instantly we wouldn’t stay. Additionally, there was piles of trash outside the door, fruit flies in the kitchen and the fridge didn’t fully close. The smoke smell and that it wasn’t a townhome was why we left.……

“The property was easy to fine and spacious enough for the three of us. It’s really close to UAB which was perfect. The host was very responsive whenever I had questions and they even provided food recommendations. I would stay here again.”
