The kitchen and living area are tiled and not chipped. Bathroom Vanity lights function perfectly, for some reason you had unscrewed the light bulbs so we just screwed them back in.

Yes, this is a pet friendly home. And we DO explain in the listing description and house rules that there is a pet fee that must be paid prior to checking in. We were SO sorry that we missed pet waste in the back yard, we do our best but we made a mistake and missed that but were more then willing to fix our error if given the chance. I'm not sure what I can do about neighbors owning dogs, many people own dogs. We DO NOT have a rodent problem, we have not been able to recreate this report and have not had anyone else mention it. I did hire a pest control company to inspect and they found nothing.
