Like that it’s so close to the airport. Their shuttle runs 24/7 and you don’t have to all hours in advance. Or heater wasn’t working in our room and they sent a maintenance guy to fix it, even though it was around midnight. Staff is always polite. Erica in the club lounge was the highlight of our trip! She remembers returning guests and even remembers their drinks! My husband was on a liquid diet due to surgery and she made sure he was taken care of with soups and whatever he needed! We prefer to stay here from now on.

Overpriced. My room and my whole floor had a terrible smell that was not remedied by the staff spraying a neutralizer. The tub had parts falling off of it, there were no outlets for chargers on the bed-side of the room. The houseplants in the lobby were sad. Staff complained to me about the hotel from the beginning of my stay. It would have been a fine hotel if the price weren’t $200 per night.

They had no caffeinated coffee in the room and said they were out and only have decaf, no hand towels or wash clothes, the phone didn’t work. The staff was great but I think they may be low on funds??

It was very close to the airport and the restaurant was delicious! The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. Unfortunately, our room was freezing; the thermostat wouldn’t get over 68* F, the wind was blowing so our window whistled all night keeping us awake. Our cords fell out of the plug-ins and the hallway smelled awful.

Horrible customer service! Arrived to Albuquerque around 1230p, decided to see if hotel had any available rooms. The reception clerk did not bother to greet me. I proceeded to tell her we arrived early then she basically shut me up and asked for last name. Gave her my last name and stated in a bad tone "we don't have a reservation under that name" i told her she was mistaken and stated "nope, i don't see the last name on the list". As i was looking for the reservation, she said oh i found it. Asked for my ID, i laid it on the marble countertop and it slid off, she then stated " oh wow, no need to throw it at me" i told her i laid it there and slid off, she said "yea sure, whatever". I said wow, can't believe your attitude, she stated "yea the same for you". Never have i had such horrible service anywhere before especially not at a Hotel like Sheraton. I did not get her name, she is a short darked hair Hispanic girl. As we entered our room, the temperature was very cold in the room, went to turn the heater and shortly realized the heater would not turn on instead the room got colder. Called the front desk and was sent a maintenance man to make adjustments. The next morning as we were trying to turn on the AC we realized now we could not cool the room. Called the front desk and they stated the maintenance man would go switch off the heater and turn on the AC. So we never had the option to go from heat to AC with the thermostat which was super inconvenient.

Staff was nice when we could find th Beds in this room were terrible. My after market hipbones felt as thoughthey would come through the skin bed so hard never again will we stay here.em. Would not answer phone had to go down to front desk. First room they assigned us reeked of sewer gas. Went to front desk gave us another room. Was not a King bed as reserved

Sheets were stained, smelled like sewage no fridge, waitress at restaurant had only three tables with people yet told us an hour plus. A/C was also broken. Feel bad for the staff trying their best, but terrible hotel to stay at.

No A/C and staff didn't care **VERY DISAPPOINTED**
We often use this hotel (and others) the night before flying out of the ABQ airport and the night when we fly home due to living in CO. We have a drive on each side of traveling. After traveling more than 12 hours (flights/airports) to get back to ABQ, we checked in a little before midnight. King room on the 11th floor. Plan was to have a restful night before driving home in the morning. Upon arrival, the room was 78 degrees, so I immediately turned on the "cool" setting with "high" and turned it down to 65. It has to be cold in order for me to sleep...ladies, some of you know what I mean! It never got below 74 in the room all night. I was up every hour or so checking the thermostat. I also tried opening the window. It cooled the room a bit but there was so much noise from the airport, if didn't help on the sleep front. Around 6 AM, we just got up and decided to head home after having no rest at all. I was very polite and respectful when we checked out and I told the front desk gentleman about the problem. He did not care at all! He rolled his eyes multiple times and wouldn't provide an explanation until after about 10 minutes of me asking questions as to why it wouldn't get cold in the room. He finally said that in certain seasons (winter?) they turn off the A/C and only have the "fan" setting which circulates the existing air in the room. He finally said "we're sorry" and gave me the manager's business card to contact if I had further questions. **VERY DISAPPOINTED**

I did not like the design of the lobby area. Everything was too open and noisy. The room was advertised as in room refrigerator and there was none. The room was also over crowded with the desk table, had no comfortable chair for watching tv ,bathroom drains gurgled every time someone ran water, sometimes even when the water was being run in another room. We both use walkers and found it difficult entering the elevator because the carpet was not installed flush and was difficult to get the walker wheels to go over it.
