Dear Daisy, We are sorry the booking was not up to your expectations. A case of ants is very important to us. Being located where we are, surrounded by forest on 2 sides of the building, we have a contract with a very proffesional company. Still we do clean the hotel room thoroughly after a proper action. Of course we could have offered you another room! (if we have availability). If not offering you another room is a letdown I apologize. I wish we could have another chance to make it better and regarding the staff we usually train all team to prioritize customer service, but of course i understand in your case we have failed. We have quietness and a beautiful nearly private beach. But we do understand it is a con for those who like to be in the city center. After many input like yours, we are to end the entertianment next year. So the hotel will be quietter. As per the incident with your door, I have already talked with the manager of the cleaners. Creating a smoke area is something we have long thought and prob next year it is going to be like this! Also the idea to have a pillow list. What we plan right now is at least to have a wider set of pillows so every guest will have from start different pillows. Dear Kira Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your short stay with us. Sorry about the weather not much we can do about this, but it seems we ticked all the other boxes. We do hope to be able to welcome you back on your next visit to our island.

Dear guest, I completely understand the disappointment of your daughter for not being able to participate as other kids because of the language. I personally apologize for this issue. To be honest, we had this issue before. We really want make actions to solve it, but we cannot change the fact that we are a French hotel. We give information about this on the description (here the available languages are French and Spanish) and we also try to get everyone involved and feel welcomed. The entertainment team is aware of this issue too, many of them speak English too and they make an effort to get all other kids involved. Sometimes we fail to do so. I am really sorry because in your case it is clear that the effort was not enough, and I am sure we could have made your daughter participate more. That is why, I appreciate that even this issue, you have given us a great review!! A very kind action from your side. C'est une différence d'avoir la tranquillité, mais pour visiter d'autres endroits plus éloignés de l'île, une voiture est préférable. Bien qu'il existe d'autres options telles que le bus public et les excursions organisées.
